A quarter century of global experience

With over 25 years of global experience, we help clients understand the ever-shifting national security policy landscape and navigate its complexities as part of overall strategic planning.

We provide a full suite of political consulting services to candidates for federal office and to issue advocacy groups looking to focus public debate around key policy priorities.

We have testified before the U.S. Senate on crisis management best practices, and we have led strategic engagements with some of the world’s most respected government leaders, political candidates, companies and CEOs on many high-profile issues, including:

  • National security policy communications
  • Political and issue campaigns
  • Congressional testimony and investigations
  • Major product recalls
  • Multi-billion-dollar mergers/acquisitions
  • Litigation communications, including class actions
  • Regulatory scrutiny and leadership changes
  • Earnings/financial communications

We specialize in leading strategic engagements on difficult reputational challenges for top global companies. We have:

  • Advised the board of a top university on the early replacement of a popular president
  • Stood up and managed an industry coalition for healthcare companies facing congressional and regulatory scrutiny
  • Directed strategy and messaging on one of the largest medical product recalls in history, including class-action suits
  • Counseled a global services company on its exit from the U.S. market, involving thousands of layoffs and congressional hearings
  • Prepared dozens of executives for congressional testimony and media engagement around core threats to company reputation
  • Served a central role in the successful defeat of a board challenge from a leading activist shareholder
  • Managed the national response around a fatal industrial accident involving a top global company
  • Helped a company cooperate with federal authorities in the arrest of employees for violating export protocols of sensitive technology
